Member Account, Password And Security
To be a registered member of ParentSays, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ParentSays immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ParentSays will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You could, however, be held liable for losses incurred by ParentSays or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the permission of the account holder.

ParentSays and its affiliates do sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use ParentSays only with involvement of a parent or guardian. ParentSays and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Member Conduct And Termination
As a condition of your use of the services of ParentSays, you will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use ParentSays in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any ParentSays service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any ParentSays services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any ParentSays service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any ParentSays service, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the ParentSays services.

You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any content created by ParentSays or submitted to ParentSays.

ParentSays reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all of our services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. ParentSays may also terminate or suspend your access to the ParentSays site/service(s) for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if ParentSays believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms of use. ParentSays may also, at its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that ParentSays may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that ParentSays shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

Reviews, Communications And Other Content
Members may post reviews and other content so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. More specifically, you may not create multiple member accounts for the purpose of misrepresenting yourself as multiple people. You may not write a review for a topic with which you are affiliated through ownership, employment or other payments, or that otherwise compromises your position as an impartial reviewer. ParentSays reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant ParentSays and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You grant ParentSays and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the nickname that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify ParentSays or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. ParentSays has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Personal And Non-Commercial Use
Unless otherwise specified, services provided by ParentSays are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from ParentSays. Without the advance express written permission of ParentSays, you may not 'meta-search' ParentSays, send, or cause to be sent, any automated queries of any sort to ParentSays, or use ParentSays services in any commercial manner.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of ParentSays. ParentSays, ParentSays.com, and the ParentSays logo are all trademarks of ParentSays.
