By clicking "I've read and agreed to the terms and conditions," your Company agrees to pay ParentSays the specified
fee and ParentSays will provide the services specified by the Business Listing level you select for a period of one (1)
year starting on the date this online registration is approved by ParentSays. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by providing the other party with prior
written notice, which may include notice by email. If this agreement is terminated by either party prior to the one year
period, ParentSays will refund the fee for the remaining months prorated to the next whole month. Company shall be liable
to ParentSays for all fees or costs up to the effective date of termination. Company further represents and warrants to
ParentSays that:
(i) Company owns all artwork, text, trademarks, business names and/or other materials that it gives to ParentSays;
(ii) Company will not violate any laws or regulations or any agreements which Company has with a third party; and
(iii) Company has the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations herein on behalf of
the Location. Company agrees to pay for all of ParentSays’ legal fees and expenses, including its attorneys’ fees, and
shall pay any and all damages, penalties or fees awarded against ParentSays in favor of a third party arising from
(i) Company’s acts or omissions pursuant to this Agreement or
(ii) a breach of the Company’s representations, warranties or covenants by Company.
